WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Our items are typically sent to arrive the next working day by Royal Mail 24hr Tracked (if ordered before 3pm). We deliver Monday-Friday for all non fresh mushroom products and that we post all fresh mushrooms on a Friday fresh from harvest, and we use Royal Mail 24hr Tracked postage to avoid extended times in the courier network.

We ship anywhere within the United Kingdom.
WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE COSTS?
All deliveries up to 20kg are shipped via Royal Mail – 24hr Tracked.
All deliveries over 20kg – please contact us for special rates.
- Up to 2kg – £4.95
- 2-5kg – £8.99
- 5-10kg – £10.95
- 10-20kg – £14.95
Delivery schedule agreement and disclaimer.
Whilst we will endeavour to deliver orders on the requested date and schedule, we cannot guarantee this with 100% certainty due to potential issues which may arise which are out of our control.
Items requested to be left “safe” are left at the liability of the recipient.
If a successful delivery attempt is not possible, the parcel may be delivered to a nearby pickup shop instead.
We use automated labelling software, so if the postal address provided is missing / incorrect we are not liable for the costs of relabelling / amending the address. Please note Royal Mail may charge us to amend addresses once shipped and we will not be liable for this cost.
Returns Information
All returns postage fees are to be paid by the sender and we will issue a refund or replacement product depending on our findings once return has arrived back to us within 2 business days from receiving.
